Is an Ambit digital assistant right for us?

How’s it different to a standard AI chatbot?

Our secret sauce is the way we’ve combined technologies. Ambit is a unique combo of scripted NLP (natural language processing), coupled with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) for knowledge-based responses, and generative AI for human-like dialogue.

What do you integrate with?

Ambit AI seamlessly integrates with a range of CRM systems (such as HubSpot), PMS platforms, customer support tools (such as Salesforce), bespoke systems, and internal communication tools (such as Slack and Teams).
